TRANSPARENCIES NOT JUST FOR THE OVERHEAD PROJECTOR ANYMORE!!
This is one of the hottest trends right now - using transparency sheets in a multitude of ways on your scrapbook pages.
You can buy ready made overlays from your local Scrapbook Store, or have fun creating your own - you need a computer and a printer!
For this layout I wanted to have the journalling look like I had written it directly on the tags and paper. I did this by using MS Publisher to create the journalling I wanted and then I printed it as a mirror image (it gets printed on the back of the sheets so the print adheres and dries properly).
To stick it invisibly I used my xyron to make stickers for the tags, and carefully selected areas behind font to use glue spots to adhere the larger layover.
